The BLP is a very versatile Lifting Point and can safely be used for most applications. The ball-bearings in the BLP allow the load to be rotated during the lift, which is especially good when maintenance is needed on heavy tools and other types of equipment. If the load surface is sensitive to impacts or scratches, the BLP is a good choice as it builds out from the load which makes it less likely that the lifting equipment will come in contact with it causing damage. The housing of the BLP has a hexagon shape for easy mounting and dismounting and is also clearly marked with Working Load Limit, mounting torque and manufacturer ID so it’s always available to the operator. Each BLP sold have been proof loaded to 2.5 times the Working Load Limit and visually inspected by a licensed inspector. This is according to our knowledge and experiences the most reliable method to detect possible deviations on the product or in the production process. Decentered Lifting Points

The design of the DLP allows the link to be folded over the housing when idle, allowing the Lifting Point to be almost completely stowed away when not in use. The closed, oblong link is also equipped with a “stay-up”-function for easy on-hooking, especially when there is limited space. This saves both the load from damage due to impacts from the hook, as well as making rigging fast and easy. The DLP is ideal in narrow spaces, such as corners or edge position, as the housing has a compact design. The bolt is also clearly marked with Working Load Limit, mounting torque and manufacturer ID so it’s always available to the operator. Each DLP sold have been proof loaded to 2.5 times the Working Load Limit and visually inspected by a licensed inspector. Rotating Lifting Points

The RELP is a compact and robust lifting point, ideal for top-mounting and when it is important to have quick and easy on-hooking. The lifting point is easy to assemble/disassemble with a standard allen key. On the bolt itself information such as the working load limit, mounting torque and manufacturing ID is stamped, so it is always available for the operator. The RELP will automatically adjust to the loading direction which decreases the risk to load it incorrectly and endangering the lifting operation. For sensitive load surfaces, the RELP is ideal, as the connecting sling hook will be positioned mainly parallel to the load surface, thus completely avoiding the hook causing damage on the impact on the load. The Pewag PLEW is a lifting point that is welded onto loads so that lifting chain components (hooks, shackles, straps) may be attached to enable the load to be lifted. The PLEW has a higher rated capacity than the Pewag PLE/N and additionally can be loaded higher in the preferred load direction (see user manual). The grooves on the weld-on bracket at 45° and 60° simplify the recognition of the permitted inclination.

PLZW Zeta can be assembled and disassembled without tools. The PLZW Zeta thus enables the attachment of closed lifting equipment such as eye sling hooks or rope loops without the use of additional shackles. The latest addition to pewag‘s range of lifting points is released with a five-fold security against breakage, can be rotated 360° and can be loaded in all directions. In addition, the individual serial number, as well as the batch code, enable the lifting point to be clearly identified at any time. The PLZW Zeta protects the surface of the load from damage by integrating a sleeve. The replaceable eyebolt is 100% crack tested and has chrome-VI-free corrosion protection as well as marking with load capacity, thread size and tightening torque. This screw nut works on the principle of tool-free assembly, which makes it unique worldwide. It takes the successful Pewag PLGW supreme eyebolt one step further and is used on loads that come with a threaded bolt instead of a thread. Alternatively, the PLGW-SN supreme lifting point may be attached in a through-hole using a standard screw, which has the additional advantage of being able to use the same lifting point with different material thicknesses. Some other benefits of the PLGW-SN:

The eyebolt is 360° rotatable, comes with an interchangeable special screw that is 100% crack-tested as well as chrome VI-free finish-protection against corrosion and is marked with the load capacity and the thread size.
